Perform &#105;&#116; &#102;&#111;&#114; 3-5 times &#102;&#111;&#114; &#98;&#101;&#116;&#116;&#101;&#114; results. </p>
<p> b) Torso Stretch</p>
<p> In Torso Stretch, &#121;&#111;&#117; &#104;&#97;&#118;&#101; &#116;&#111; lie &#111;&#110; &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; belly &#119;&#105;&#116;&#104; &#116;&#104;&#101; hands lying flat &#111;&#110; &#116;&#104;&#101; floor close &#116;&#111; &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; chest. Now, slowly lift &#116;&#104;&#101; upper portion &#111;&#102; &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; body &#98;&#121; pressing &#116;&#104;&#101; tops &#111;&#102; &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; feet &#97;&#110;&#100; shins &#111;&#118;&#101;&#114; &#116;&#104;&#101; floor. Then, start pressing &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; hands &#105;&#110;&#116;&#111; &#116;&#104;&#101; floor followed &#98;&#121; &#116;&#104;&#101; straightening &#111;&#102; &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; arms. Hold &#116;&#104;&#105;&#115; position &#102;&#111;&#114; 40 seconds. </p>
<p> c) Bending Forward Pose</p>
<p> Stretch &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; legs straight &#105;&#110; front &#119;&#104;&#105;&#108;&#101; sitting &#97;&#110;&#100; &#112;&#111;&#105;&#110;&#116; &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; toes. Now, breathe &#105;&#110; &#97;&#110;&#100; start stretching &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; toes &#97;&#110;&#100; finger tips slowly &#119;&#104;&#105;&#108;&#101; maintaining &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; body &#105;&#110; &#97; &#108;&#111;&#110;&#103; &#97;&#110;&#100; extended position.
